Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Urgent Service Call website or dispatch services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Disclaimer

Urgent Service Call is a lead generation and dispatching service. We are NOT a licensed contractor, plumber, electrician, or HVAC professional. We do not perform any repair work or maintenance services directly. Our role is solely to connect homeowners with independent third-party service providers.

2. No Warranty

We do not warrant or guarantee the work, performance, or materials provided by the third-party contractors we connect you with. Any agreement, contract, or payment made for services is strictly between you and the service provider. We are not a party to any such agreement.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Urgent Service Call, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, our service or any services provided by contractors found through our network.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for verifying the licensing, insurance, and qualifications of any contractor before work begins. We recommend asking for proof of insurance and license upon the technician's arrival at your property.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Minnesota without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.

6. Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them.
